Oxford's West End regeneration is the result of collaboration between key stakeholders, led by the West End Partnership,  who form the West End Steering Group. This group meet on a quarterly basis to provide input into the regeneration.

The West End Partnership, the team responsible for coordinating the regeneration, consists of Oxford City Council, Oxfordshire County Council and the South East England Development Agency.
