Please see our Public Consultation Diary for sessions in the West End.
Investing in the West End
Apart from the Oxford Business Park, there are relatively few modern office developments in Oxford, and good-quality accommodation is in demand. The West End regeneration offers a rare opportunity to provide modern and flexible office space and planning permission may be sought for up to 15,000m2 to help meet Oxford's shortfall. The area is a prime business location, being easily accessible by bicycle, public transport and on foot. Offices will help create a mixed-use environment, bringing important day-time activity to the area and contributing to its revitalisation.
