Oxfordshire County Council's County Hall site on New Road has been identified in Appendix 2 (143KB) of the West End Area Action Plan as a possible development opportunity within the West End. Potential uses for this site include retail, residential apartments, a museum, a food and drink establishment and civic/office accomodation.
